We only sell LEGAL downloads here at COLOVE Recordings. We offer downloadable Products/Music from a variety of Manufacturers. Each Manufacturer can track their COLOVE Recordings sales. You will receive full licenses and legal rights to use the content you buy from COLOVE Recordings. If you have any reservations about the validity of our service or Products, then please contact any of our manufacturers, who will be happy to confirm that we are an authorised digital retailer of their products.

Eligibility
A refund is eligible for 14-20 days only only for physical products (CD/DVD/DEVICES/CLOTHING/APPLIANCES/ELECTRONIC COMPONENTS and others if it be in the future..) and the only for residents of Germany on the digital products for 14 Days from the date of purchase (found in your Order Confirmation Email / Phone or the First Name, Last Name). Bundles
Due to special pricing policies applied to bundled products (they are priced below the regular List Price) we do not refund any bundled products. Please check the products you already own to make sure you do not buy any duplicates. Important! A Download counts as such when a download action is commenced (and not completed). We do not monitor the completion of the download. Each click on the download link counts as one download attempt.
Copyright/licensing notices
All Rights not expressly granted to the user are reserved. The sound samples in this ZIP/RAR archives are licensed, not sold, to you to be reproduced within your original musical compositions only. All copying, lending, duplicating, re-selling or trading of this product or its content is strictly prohibited. Only the original purchaser of this product has the right to embody and reproduce the enclosed sound samples within their music compositions. Use of these sounds in multimedia projects is limited to use within original musical compositions. Any other multimedia use of these sounds must be cleared with the producer of this product prior to release. This license is granted for a single user only (and is given on a worldwide basis). The license is non-exclusive and is granted for the full period of copyright protection and sound samples. You cannot electronically transfer the sound samples or place them in a time -sharing or service bureau operation or a computer/sampler network. Opening this product constitutes your acceptance of these terms.
Orders and our contact with you
When the contract for a purchase comes in force. Our acceptance of your order will take place when we email you to accept it, or at the time we make the relevant Products or music available to you, whichever is the earliest, at which point a contract will come into existence between you and us. Please note we may reject an order if we are unable to accept it, which may be due to an error in the price or description of that Product or music, unavailability, technical problems or due to licensing restrictions such as where the developer or that Product and music has limited our ability to sell it, in which case we will inform you, and not charge you (and will refund you if your payment has already been made).
Buying Downloads
The “Downloads” we sell are “Products” or “Music” in digital format that are transferred from the our server(s) in NT direct to your computer. These Products are compressed into ZIP/RAR files (made smaller using compression software) to enable faster downloading. You will be able to use the Product as if you had installed it from a CD-ROM or DVD-ROM. It only takes 2-5 minute to decompress a Product, and happily, both Windows and Mac OSX have options to do so within their platforms. So, there is no need to pay for additional software. If you are still unsure about how to decompress our products, then please contact us for assistance.
Download Times
We display an indication of how long a Product takes to download on our website. You can find this under the “Download Time” section of the Product pages.
Download Links
After you have paid for your Products or Music you will receive an email containing your Download links, all links we save in the text files where is all information for Download and your bill and us information. When you click these links it will send you to our site where you can download your Product(s) or Music instantly. Download Links are valid for 60 hours. IP Addresses are tracked for security purposes.
Download Tracking
We have implemented an advanced system which tracks the amount of times you try to download a Product from our server. We can even see if a product has been fully or partially downloaded to your computer. If you do not receive your links by email then please contact us immediately by emailing Send e-mail. Our Customer Support Team is available 365 days per year.
Intellectual Property Rights
All Products, Music, MP3 Demos, Materials, Artwork, Graphics, Text, Interfaces, Logos, Images and Photographs on this website are owned or licensed to COLOVE Recordings and protected by copyright and intellectual property rights laws. We sell Products from third-party manufacturers and the right to sell these Products (and to display their product information and materials) has been obtained from the relevant manufacturers.
Account Registration
Account Registration is optional. If you choose to register with us then you will be required to provide your name, email address, telephone number and payment details. It is essential that you provide a correct billing address. We cannot be held accountable if you do not receive your Download links due to you submitting an incorrect email address. If you do not receive your download links within 2 hours then please contact us with Feedback form by COLOVE Website.
If you choose to register with us you may decide to sign up to a weekly newsletter which we send out via email with the latest COLOVE Recordings news. This option is given to you on our registration form. If you prefer not to receive this email you can unsubscribe at any time by choosing “unsubscribe” at the bottom of the email.
If you are a customer of COLOVE Recordings you may also receive occasional emails that are relevant to your purchase history. We have also added an opt-in section on our registration form where you can choose to receive information and updates about particular genres and labels sold on our site. We send this information via email. This option is given to you on our registration form and can be updated in your account settings. If you prefer not to receive these emails you can unsubscribe at any time by choosing “unsubscribe” at the bottom of the email.
Payment
ayment will be taken from the Credit or Debit Card (or through PayPal, LiqPay, Privat24 or with Crypto wallet) that you have provided when you register or manual. You will not receive any download links until full payment is received to end and not return you’re to the back on COLOVE Website in automode.
Refund Policy
Under the Distance Selling Regulations, you would normally have the right to cancel the contract of sale within seven days. However, this does not relate to software goods or downloads, which cannot be returned. You do not have the right to cancel an order once the Product has been downloaded. This does not, of course, affect any other rights that you may have.

Technical Issues
You are responsible for making sure your internet connection is fast enough to download the products you order and that your PC or MAC can de-compress ZIP/RAR files or download WAV/MP3 music files by COLOVE Sunrise. Restrictions
You may not give out your password to a third party. You are solely responsible for the use or misuse of your customer account. The license agreement you obtain when you purchase a product from this website can only be used by you. In other words, your product licenses and/or customer account details cannot be sold, transferred, rented or used by any third-party. You are not permitted to make copies of the Products you’ve purchased with the intention to give, sell, loan, broadcast, send or transmit products to friends and family or anyone else, as these acts breach international copyright laws.
You may not upload the Products you purchase to file-sharing sites, torrent sites, Peer-2-Peer sites, Crack or Warez sites. We reserve the right to share your details with any sample pack label or manufacturer which holds copyright for a product which you have illegally shared. You may not resell the sample packs or sounds you buy from this website to any third party, as the license for these products is non-transferable. Some music software products include a license which can be transferred. Account Termination
You can terminate your account at any time. Simply send an email to Send e-mail requesting termination of your user account.
Exclusions
We will do everything in our power to ensure that this website is operational 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. However, we make no guarantees about the availability of our service. COLOVE Recordings shall have no liability for your Products once the Product is transferred to you. It is your responsibility to backup the Products you buy from COLOVE Recordings. We will offer you a free copy of your download links in the future, though, should you have a hard drive problem, for example.
However, we will only be able to re-send you links for products which are currently available at that moment in time. If your purchase history includes products we no longer sell, we will be unable to re-send you these links. Moreover, we will only be able to send you your purchase history on a one-off basis, for security reasons. Please contact Send e-mail if you require further information.
Limitation
We exclude all liability and responsibility for any loss incurred by you or a third party in connection with this website or the Service we offer, including but not limited to loss or damage due to viruses that effect computer equipment, software, data or other storage devices on account of your access to, use of, or browsing this website or your purchasing and downloading of materials and Products from this site.
Governing Law
The laws of USA and Ukraine govern these Terms and Conditions. Your use of this website may also be subject to other local, national, or international laws. You expressly agree that exclusive jurisdiction for any claim or dispute with COLOVE Recordings relating in any way to your use of the Service shall reside in the courts of USA and Ukraine.

If any part of these Terms of Service is held invalid or unenforceable, that portion shall be construed in a manner consistent with applicable law to reflect, as nearly as possible, the original intentions of the parties, and the remaining portions shall remain in full force and effect.
COLOVE Recordings’ failure to enforce any provision in these Terms and Conditions will not constitute a waiver of such provision, or any other provision of these Terms of Service. If any provision of this Agreement is found by a court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, the other provisions will remain in full force and effect.
